This software is for printing a portrait for passport or drivers license.

You just drag&drop your picture to template. It adjusts the size automatically and you can print several pictures at once.

Please download the trial version. You can only print a page per day. When you register a license key, you can print more than one page per day.


このソフトウエアはパスポートや免許証用の証明写真を印刷するためのソフトウエアです．

テンプレートにpngやjpegなどの写真ファイルをドラック＆ドロップすることで

所定のサイズに合わせてレイアウトします．また、一度に複数毎の写真を配置しますので、効率的に印刷が行えます．

本ソフトウエアは試用版ですが、ライセンスキーを入力すれば製品版としてお使い頂けます．ライセンスキーはPayPalもしくはKAGIを通して購入できます． 価格はUSD6.98です．詳しい説明は”How to purchase”ページをご覧ください．

使い方

Open template:

PrintPhotoIDを起動したら最初に、Fileメニューから”New from template choose...”を選択し、表示されたりすとからテンプレートを選びます．Windowの上部に用紙サイズが表示されています．

テンプレートには枠がいくつか表示されていますので、お持ちの写真を枠にドラック＆ドロップします．

枠の中にポートレイトがコピーされます．印刷ボタンを押せばWindowの表示と同じように印刷されます．


Adjust photo position and size:

ドラッグ＆ドロップした写真の中心がずれていたり、倍率が合わない場合には情報パネルを表示して位置やサイズを微調整することができます．

情報パネルは、写真を選択し、キーボードよりCmdキーを押しながらiを押すと表示されます．

また写真を選択して表示される枠をマウスでドラックすることで写真の位置が移動できますし、Cmdキーを押しながらマウスをクリックすれば枠のなかでの位置を移動することもできます．


Page Setup/Orientation:

Windowの上部に表示されているのは選択されているプリンタと用紙サイズです．Page Setupボタンを押して表示されるパネルで変更することができます．右端のプルダウンメニューで用紙の向きを変えることもできます．

Window内には印刷イメージが表示されています．用紙サイズを変更すると縦横比も用紙に合わせて変更されます．

イメージの回りのグレーの部分はプリンタが印刷できないエリアを示します．この部分をさけて写真を配置してください．


Print PDF:

プリンタをお持ちでない場合は、PDFファイルに出力することで、プリントサービスなどを利用して印刷の代用とすることができます．

PDFファイルに出力するには、印刷ボタンを押すと表示されるPrint Dialogの左下のPDFプルダウンから”Save as PDF...”を選択します．

PDFファイルはは選択された用紙サイズに合わせて作成されます．この用紙サイズを覚えておいて、プリントサービスを利用する際には、それを指定してください．

How to use

Open template:

First thing is selecting the “New from template choose...” item in the File menu when you run PrintPhotoID. Please chose one from the list of templates, then a window is shown that has several empty frames. You can drag&drop photo from your picture folder. The photo copies into the window. If it looks OK, you just click the Print button to print the image. You will see as same print out as the image shown in the window.


Adjust photo position and size:

If the photo is not in the center or is not fit in the frame, you can adjust the photo by the “Info panel”. It is shown when you press “i” key with holding Cmd key after selecting the photo.

Also you can drag the photo in the frame by mouse with holding Cmd key.




Page Setup/Orientation:

The selected printer and paper size is shown in the top of window. If you want to change them, please click the “Page Setup” button. And you can change orientation by selecting the pull down menu.

The image in the window is preview. When you change paper size, the image will be changed according to the size.

The gray area that is shown in the image is print margin. It means not printable area by the selected printer.



Print PDF:

Even if you don’t have a printer, you can print as a PDF file. Most printing services will accept a PDF file.

In order to print as a PDF file, please select the “save as PDF...” item in the PDF pull down menu that is shown in the printing dialog after clicking the Print button.

The PDF file is created according to the selected paper size. Please remember the size and use it when you use a printing service.

試用版と製品版の違い：

試用版は一日に2回まで印刷できます．ライセンスキーを入力すれば製品版となり、何回でも印刷できます．

Restrictions:

  1. -Trial version can print two pages per day. You need to register a license key in order to print more pages.

・テンプレートを利用した簡単印刷

PrintPhotoIDを起動したらFileメニューから”New from template chooser.. ”を選択し、表示されるリストから”Hagaki_misc.svg”を選びます．表示される枠に印刷したいイメージをドラック＆ドロップすれば印刷の準備完了です．印刷ボタンをクリックすれば、画面に表示されたイメージが印刷されます．

Window上部に表示されているのが選択されている用紙サイズです．

・印刷イメージによる画面表示

Windowに表示されるのは印刷イメージです．Page Setupボタンで設定した用紙サイズに合わせて大きさが代わります．また、グレーで表示された部分は用紙上の印刷できない部分を示します．

・回転、Zoom、移動によるイメージの微調整

写真を選択してキーボードよりCmd-iを入力すると情報パネルが表示されます．このパネルからイメージのサイズ、角度、Zoomを調整することができます．

また、写真を選択し、Cmdキーを押しながらマウスでドラックすることで、位置を調整することができます．

・Preview image

The Image in the Window is preview. When you change paper size by clicking the Page Setup button, width and height of the image will be changed according to the selected paper size.

The gray area in the image frame shows printing margin that is not printed by the selected printer.

・Adjust position and size of photo

You can adjust position and size of photo easily by a info panel.

The info panel will be shown when you press i key with holding Cmd key after selecting the photo.

Also you can move the image in the frame as you move the mouse with holding image and pressing Cmd key.
